Her background in sales, marketing, and corporate development - alongside founding Canada’s first sustainable event planning company and working in climate change advocacy - informs a clear-eyed understanding of how leadership, values, and execution intersect.

Phil is a Senior Executive Search Partner who works closely with boards, founders, and executive teams to make leadership hires grounded in trust, judgment, and real business outcomes.

He brings a relationship-driven, people-centered approach shaped by deep listening and long-term partnership. With more than 15 years of executive search experience, Phil has supported leadership hiring across technology, telecommunications, media, and complex services environments. He also brings an operator and governance perspective through his role as a Board Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Intermap Technologies (TSX: IMP), informing a practical understanding of leadership, incentives, and organizational performance.

She has led full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of functions and industries, including senior corporate roles at Aritzia, and brings leadership and operational experience from globally recognized brands including lululemon and Kit and Ace. This experience has given her a strong commercial lens and a deep understanding of how talent, culture, and performance align.
